Back pain: symptoms, treatment, prevention

Most people have experienced back pain at least once. Pain usually occurs in the lower part of the lower back. These reasons can be the result of the common cold and severe trauma.

  1. Grate horseradish and mix with sour cream. Place the resulting mass on the lower back, cover with a napkin and tie it on top with a woolen scarf or scarf.
  2. Using St. John's wort, thyme, black elderberry and chamomile. Applying heat with these herbs with a towel will help warm your back very well if it is already chilled. The procedure is best done at night.
  3. Burdock leaves are distinguished by their medicinal effects. Let them dry first, then pour boiling water over it and apply it on the sore spot for an hour.
  4. Horse chestnut is widely used. Thoroughly grind dried flowers into powder, take buffalo milk butter and camphor oil, mix the ingredients in equal proportions. Spread the mixture on a piece of brown bread and apply it to the painful area.
  5. Compressors based on garlic infusion are used. It is mixed with lemon juice. Dip a cotton napkin in this mixture and apply it to the painful area for 20 minutes.

Prevent

The best way to prevent back pain is through lots of exercise. It is also important to monitor the correct posture when walking and sitting. Contraindications to lifting weights are not only for women, but also for men.
